Vilka pools can you find with us at Pooltime?

Today, there are several different ways to build a pool and many different materials to choose from. There are many different types of pools on the market, and these can be divided into two categories. Pools that are delivered in parts and those that are delivered as a "whole tub." With a pool delivered as a "whole tub," the installation is much faster, and you do not need to have a PVC liner in your pool.

  • Thermoplast Pool / PP Pool, eco-friendly "one-piece shell" complete pool package

Thermoplast Pool / PP Pool, eco-friendly "one-piece shell" complete pool package

Thermoplast pool or Polypropylene pool (PP Pool) / Plastic pool is the latest technology in the pool industry. The pool's material consists of an environmentally friendly material called Polypropylene, which belongs to the thermoplast group. These have an extremely good insulating ability.

Thermoplast pools are delivered as a "whole tub" just like fiberglass pools. Since polypropylene is a homogeneous material, osmosis/blistering does not occur. This can happen in cheap fiberglass pools that contain polyester. The material is very durable, which means that even dogs can swim in the pool! To read more about our PP Pools, please see our pool catalog.

Read more about our pool packages of PP Pool or configure PP Pool online in our web store.

  • Thermopool / Isopool complete pool package

Thermopool / Isopool complete pool package

The Thermopool consists of polystyrene blocks which are then filled with concrete; this becomes the pool's structure. We offer Thermopool from Chemoform and Jackon. The pool wall is then lined with a liner, which is available in many different colors. Isopool is a perfect choice for those who have difficulty lowering a finished pool into their ground.

No matter which pool model you choose, you are welcome to consult our sales staff before purchasing a pool. In-ground pool or above-ground pool, glasfiberpool, Thermoplast Pool, Thermopool or Liner pool – we will help you choose the right dream pool for your specific plot!

Here you can find more information about our thermopools or configure the thermopool directly in our web shop.

  • Glasfiberpool

This pool is delivered as a “complete shell.” This type of pool has seen very high demand in the market in recent years. At Pooltime, we carefully select our suppliers to ensure the lifespan of your pool is as long as possible. Fiberglass is a very sensitive material, which makes it especially important to choose the right supplier.

The reason is that cheap fiberglass pools (of low quality) containing polyester can develop something called blistering or osmosis. This occurs when the polyester slowly allows water to pass through, which then freezes in winter. This can cause your pool to crack and/or mold in the summer, as well as form bubbles on the surface layer.

Our supplier offers the world’s most unique pool from the patented Composite Armour technology. These fiberglass pools are also called composite pools.

Composite pools contain a network of Kevlar and carbon fiber, which makes the pool walls flexible but also incredibly durable. Composite pools contain only vinyl ester and not polyester, which is why a lifetime warranty is provided on these pools.

  • Oven-level pool / children's pool

Above-ground pools, also known as kiddie pools, come in many different sizes. What these pools have in common is that they are above ground and feature a self-supporting construction with a metal frame and liner.

Above-ground pools / kiddie pools are usually entry-level models, where you first buy an above-ground pool as a family pool, as a test. Many who have tried an above-ground pool often then invest in an in-ground pool as a permanent ground pool.

You can find our models of above-ground pools in our online store.

  • Complete pool packages

We have developed complete pool packages to make it easier for our customers when purchasing a pool. If you are not familiar with pools, it can be difficult to know which products you actually need for the pool or its accessories. For example, if you buy pool lighting, you also need a transformer for the lighting.

Our pool packages are divided into basic packages, comfort packages, heating packages, etc. See our pool packages

By building a pool on your own in Örebro

During home visits in Örebro and the surrounding area, the excavator operator and the pool installer/pool builder are also present. This is because we want the quote to be as accurate as possible. Bra att tänka på inför ert poolbygge i Örebro

Even though you usually do not need either a building permit or land permit when installing a pool in Örebro city and surrounding areas, some common sense is still required when building a pool. A few things that are good to consider before building the pool are:
One thing to consider is the pool's placement on the plot, as well as which size and shape best suit your needs.
You also need to decide whether it should be partially or fully buried or above ground.
Check for any cables and pipelines on the website ledningskollen.se. It is the customer's responsibility to check where the cables are located. This is to know where you cannot place the pool.
Talk to neighbors in the area who have built pools. It is good to know the soil conditions and groundwater level.
Consider whether you have the time and energy to build the pool yourself or if you want to hire partial or full contracting.
It is also good to think about the best time of year for you to start building your pool.

Tillbehör till er pool i Örebro

  • With us, you will also find a very wide range of pool accessories that you may need for your pool. Choose from pool accessories that make it more comfortable to be in your pool or more practical ones.

The basic equipment for a pool includes a circulation pump that circulates the water and a sand filter that cleans the water. Then there are various accessories to make the pool water cleaner. A UV lamp alters the DNA of bacteria so that they cannot reproduce, which means that 70-80% less chlorine is required in the water.

A pool heat pump is needed if you want to heat the pool water to 30 degrees, allowing you to use the pool from March to October. A pool cover is a popular pool accessory that insulates the pool, prevents dirt or leaves from getting into the pool, and also protects children and animals from falling into the pool.

Some examples of the accessories we offer in our range:

    • Pool liner
    • Pool & spa chemicals
    • Pool robot & pool care
    • Water purification
    • Pool lighting
    • Edging stone
    • Jet swim
    • Pool pump & electrical cabinet
  • The location of their pool

Placing your pool correctly is very important. Not only for practical reasons, such as where your pipes run, but also to ensure optimal use of the pool. It is also a permanent decision; the pool's placement cannot be changed once the pool is installed and finished.

It is a good idea to place your pool in a good gathering spot in the garden. However, not too close to exits from the house, as you don’t want to be at risk of falling into the pool every time you go outside. But also not too far from the house, as seeing the pool is a pleasure for many. Many people feel good being close to water and seeing the blue water sparkle in the pool. It is something you never get tired of. Having a good view of the pool is also beneficial if you have children or pets.

  • Pool roof

Another thing that is good to keep in mind is to have a few meters of free space behind the pool in case you want a pool cover. What many do not think about is that the pool cover needs a place when it is not covering the pool. This is usually called the pool cover's "parking spot."

It is good to consider that you need at least 1 meter extra beyond the "parking spot" so that you can walk around your pool. And even if you do not plan to buy a pool cover, it can be good to keep it in mind if you want to purchase a cover for your pool at a later time.

Safety is the most common reason for buying a pool cover, but there are also other good reasons to get one. The pool cover protects the water in the pool from contaminants such as sand, stones, dirt, leaves, and not least rainwater, which changes the pool's pH value.

A pool cover is also a good economic option. By covering the pool with a pool cover, you can use the pool for a longer period and extend the swimming season. You can then expect to be able to swim in the pool from April to October in 28-30 degree water, as pool covers have a high insulating ability.

Hur stor pool i Örebro ska man välja?

The basic rule states that if you have a smaller plot under 400 m2, a pool size of 3 x 6 m is recommended. While large plots over 400 m2 can have pool sizes of 4 x 8 m or larger. These two pool sizes are standard today, and all pool covers are manufactured for these pool sizes.

Choosing a pool that also suits all needs and the whole family is not always easy. A delightful swim appreciated by both adults and children or perhaps guests. Something you can enjoy for many years to come and create wonderful memories, which can also increase the value of your house in Örebro.
