  • Thermoplastic PP Pool / Plastic Pool


    Thermoplastic PP Pool or plastic pool is the latest technology in the pool industry. The pool is manufactured from the thermoplastic Polypropylene (PP). In addition to being made from a material with excellent insulating properties, it also has features that liner pools or glasfiberpools lack.

    Thermoplastic PP Pool is made from a material that is incredibly durable and has a very long lifespan, provided the pool is well maintained and proper groundwork has been carried out where the pool is placed. There are also many choices of accessories and lighting for this type of pool.

    PP pools are manufactured from a synthetic plastic material that is both durable, strong and lightweight. This material and pool have many advantages compared with others made of metal or concrete. They are both cheaper, require fewer resources and less labor to construct the pool.

  • Do I need to apply for a building permit to install a pool?

    In general, you do not need a building permit from the municipality to build a pool, but you must ensure you are not constructing the swimming pool on protected land. If you build a swimming pool closer to a neighbor's plot, you will usually also need the neighbor's permission.

    Pool type – Which pools are popular? Which type of pool should I choose?

    There are between 10–15 different pool types offered in Sweden, ranging from above-ground pools to in-ground pools. It is usually the placement of the plot that determines which pool type suits your plot. Previously (from the 1960s onward), pools were lined with a liner and were a popular option because the material was readily available in Sweden and therefore inexpensive to purchase.

    More recently, however, these materials have been increasingly avoided as the pool industry has become more environmentally conscious. Materials such as PVC are being avoided more and more, even though a pool liner is made of PVC. Nowadays, people often choose eco-friendlier alternatives such as PP (polypropylene) pools, which also come pre-plumbed and as a “one-piece shell.” The customer thus receives a concrete pool that is environmentally friendly. Installation av pool

Idag finns flertalet sätt att bygga pool på och flertalet material att använda. Det finns många pooltyper på marknaden och dessa kan indelas i två kategorier. Pooler som levereras i delar och de som levereras som en hel balja. Glasfiberpool

Denna pool levereras som “hel balja”. Det har under de senaste åren varit en stor efterfrågan på just denna typ av pool på marknaden. Vi påPooltimeväljer noggrant våra leverantörer för att livslängden ska bli så lång som möjligt. Glasfiber är ett känsligt material och det är då extra viktigt att välja rätt leverantör.
Anledningen till detta är att billiga glasfiberpooler (i låg kvalitet) som innehåller polyester kan få så kallad böldpest eller osmos, eftersom polyestern sakta släpper genom vatten som fryser på vintern. Det gör att poolen spricker eller möglar på sommaren och bildar bubblor i ytskiktet.
Vår leverantör erbjuder världens mest unika pool från den patenterade Composite Armour teknologin. Dessa glasfiberpooler kallas även för kompositpooler.
Kompositpooler innehåller ett nät av kevlar samt kolfiber och därmed blir poolväggarna flexibla men samtidigt väldigt stryktåliga. Kompositpooler innehåller endast vinylester och ingen polyester, därmed lämnar man livstids garanti på dessa.

Thermoplast Pool / PP Pool

Thermoplast-pool eller Polypropylen-pool (PP Pool) / Plastpool är den senaste teknologin inom poolbranschen. Poolens material består av det miljövänliga materialet Polypropylen som tillhör gruppen thermoplast och har en enormt bra isoleringsförmåga.

Thermoplast-pooler levereras som en “hel balja” precis som glasfiberpool. Eftersom polypropylen är ett homogent material kan det INTE bildas osmos / böldpest, som det kan göra i billiga glasfiberpooler innehållande polyester. Materialet är stryktåligt och därför kan även hundar bada i poolen!

PP pool är en betongpool och är väldigt populära eftersom de är både prisvärda och enkla att anpassa efter ens önskemål. Med en PP pool får man en attraktiv pool i sin trädgård utan att man behöver en massiv budget. PP polerna erbjuder dessutom många alternativ, när det kommer till poolens storlek och form.
