Solar-powered circulation pump

Pooltime is pleased to present a unique product that involves placing 3-4 solar panels on either a garage roof or pillars and letting the sun power the circulation pump. The circulation pump is a direct current (DC) pump that is 30% more efficient than regular alternating current (AC) pumps. In Sweden, a solar-powered pump operates between March and October, precisely the period when the pool is in use. The system is a completely “OFF GRID” solution, meaning it is not connected to the power grid. The Powerpack 2000S is available as an option for those who want to use grid electricity when the sun has set. These pumps come in two sizes – the smaller version is suitable for private individuals and the larger one for municipal swimming pools.
