Which material is best for you?

Your choice of pool inlet material, whether stainless steel or bronze, should reflect your individual needs and design preferences. Stainless steel is an excellent choice for superior durability, wear resistance and easy maintenance. If you prioritise a more decorative appearance combined with excellent corrosion resistance, bronze is a fine alternative.

Pahlén Classic and Marine for return water

The inlet nozzle returns filtered, heated water to the pool. This range includes Pahlén Classic and Marine with different front designs. The Marine product description specifies two oval nozzles, while Classic has its own design. Compare how the water can be directed and how the front is fitted to the pool wall.

A new inlet must fit both the pipework and the part installed in the wall. Check the wall fitting, thread or solvent-weld connection, wall thickness and seal kit. In a liner pool, the seal must work against the liner. When replacing an inlet, the hole pattern and front dimensions must also match; a similar appearance does not make parts interchangeable.

Plan circulation as a complete system

Positioning and direction should support water circulation together with the skimmer and other inlets. Consider the pool's steps, benches and corners when planning the system.
