Ultra-low pool enclosure – Icon – features and uses

Icon is a range of pool enclosures and accessories for reducing dirt in the pool, limiting evaporation and retaining more of the heat already in the water. The range has a defined purpose, but your choice must always reflect the pool's actual dimensions and installation site.

When comparing models, consider the internal width, overall length, maximum height, number of sections, rail design and where the enclosure can be retracted. Doors, pool coping, ladders and other protruding parts can affect which size will fit.

Measure the pool's maximum external dimensions and check that the surface along the rails is level, stable and long enough. Consult the product sheet for the specific model, as dimensions and design may vary between sizes.

Installation and routine care

Keep rails and wheels free from gravel, leaves and ice. Check locks and fixings regularly, and always follow the model's instructions for wind, snow and winter care.

Icon for a low profile around the pool

The Icon range in this category includes several sizes with clear plastic panels and anthracite-coloured profiles. The product descriptions specify 3 mm polycarbonate and different rail options. Check the exact configuration when selecting the product, as rails, doors and dimensions may vary between models.

The low profile makes it especially important to measure anything projecting above the pool edge. A ladder, raised coping or other fixed feature must not obstruct the sections' movement. Compare the enclosure's clear internal dimensions with the pool's outermost obstacles, not just the width of the water surface.
