An above-ground pool in PP, polypropylene, is an option when you want a pool that stands fully or partially above the surrounding ground. The range includes Pooltime Exklusiv with skimmer and Infinity designs in several sizes. Always check the approved installation methods for the selected model.

Plan the base and delivery

Our self-supporting Above-Ground Skimmer models have an integrated steel structure and are installed on a prepared concrete slab according to the model's instructions. Above-ground placement therefore does not mean that the pool can be placed directly on the lawn. The base, levels, water drainage, and access for delivery and lifting need to be planned before ordering.

Choose size and equipment together

Compare, for example, Skimmer Above-Ground 3 × 6 meters with larger models in the list. Leave space around the pool for walking space, equipment, and any cladding. Check what is included in the pool delivery and what is needed for filtration, water treatment, heating, and pool cover.

Plan the design with our guides on pool with bench seating, full-width end staircase, and pool with skimmer. Staircase, bench, material thickness, and options must be confirmed for the model you choose.

Why choose a PP pool?

– Long service life
– Made from durable polypropylene developed specifically to withstand UV radiation, frost and pool-cleaning chemicals. This ensures the pool retains its colour and structure for many years.
– Quick installation – Its robust construction allows a PP pool to be placed directly above ground or partly recessed with minimal excavation.

This saves time and money compared with in-ground alternatives and makes installation considerably easier for the average homeowner.
– Insulating properties – Polypropylene has naturally good insulating properties, so the pool retains heat significantly better than traditional pools.

This produces noticeable heating-energy savings and extends the swimming season. For even greater efficiency, a PP pool with an enclosure can further reduce heat loss and maintenance needs.
– Modern design – Available in several colours and shapes, a PP pool can be tailored to blend perfectly with your garden.

Whether you prefer a minimalist rectangular shape or a more organic design, there is a PP pool to complement your outdoor space.

PP pools – the future of above-ground pools

With straightforward assembly and minimal maintenance, a PP pool is ideal if you want a luxurious pool experience without building a traditional in-ground pool. Its versatility makes it suitable for relaxation, challenging training sessions or family fun.

The wide range of models makes it easy to find one that meets your particular needs and preferences. A PP pool is an investment in quality of life and a hassle-free way to enjoy summer.

Check that the design is intended for above-ground installation

An above-ground PP pool needs a structure designed to stand without support from surrounding backfill. The range includes specific skimmer models marked 10/20 mm with an integrated steel structure, as described in the product details. This does not mean all PP pools can be installed in the same way. Choose the specific above-ground model and follow its foundation drawing.

Skimmer and overflow or infinity systems handle water differently. They should not be compared solely by the pool's length and width. An overflow model may need a balance tank and different equipment planning. Check what is included in your chosen version and how service access will be arranged.

Space for delivery and the finished pool area

Plan the lifting route, site access, base and connections for water treatment. The pool exterior may also need to be coordinated with decking, cladding and access to equipment. Include these dimensions in your plans before choosing a pool. Also compare PP pools and the broader above-ground pools category to understand the differences between designs.
