Why choose a Thermopool from Pooltime?
Thermopool is the latest construction method for private pools. A concrete slab is cast, the blocks are put in place while reinforcement is added between them. The structure is then filled with concrete and left to cure completely. Once the concrete has hardened, it is time for geotextile fabric and to line the pool with liner material in any colour or various mosaic patterns.

Thermopool 3.0 P80
Thermopool 3.0 P80 are premium blocks manufactured in Austria by CF Group, designed for maximum strength, durability and energy efficiency. With a reinforced inner wall (density 80 kg/m³) the pool shell gains high stability and resistance to pressure and load, while the outer wall provides effective insulation that reduces heat loss.
The result is a robust and well-insulated pool construction with long service life and lower energy consumption. Thanks to precision-manufactured CF blocks, assembly is also smooth and secure.
Thermoblock P80 is the obvious choice for those who want to combine quality, strength and energy efficiency in their thermopool.

What size are the Thermoblocks?
The Thermoblocks 3.0 P80 measure 1000x250x250mm.
PLEASE NOTE! We recommend having prior experience in the construction industry in order to build a thermopool!
A thermopool is relatively inexpensive to purchase, but instead the money needs to be spent on the actual labour. In the end (including installation costs), the total cost is about the same as if you had bought a complete pool shell instead. Read more about what it costs to build a pool here.
You should expect a construction time of 6–10 weeks for a thermopool. It takes about one week for excavation, the base, drainage, and pouring a concrete slab, then a few days to build and reinforce the pool blocks and fill them with concrete. After that, you need to wait 4 weeks for the concrete to cure. Since the concrete is encapsulated without oxygen, the curing process will take time. -

Thermal Pool
A thermal pool is built by casting a reinforced base slab. The polystyrene blocks are then assembled with the hard side facing inward. The hard inner side means you avoid unsightly marks from knees, heels, balls, or other hard objects. It also eliminates the need to plaster or install boards on the inside of the pool.

Thermopool Pool Package
Our pool packages can be configured as desired in the online store, but we recommend the following
pool components for a complete pool package:
End Wall Stair / Corner Stair / Corner Stair with Bench for Thermopool
To be able to enter the pool, some form of stairs or ladder is required. Previously, ladders were a popular option, but nowadays, built-in stairs are chosen to easily cover the pool without the ladder protruding from the pool.
End wall stairs are recommended for larger pools, as you can sit on the stairs, while smaller pools are recommended to have corner stairs or corner stairs with a bench so that you don't take up too much space from the pool's length.
The end wall stair is delivered as extra blocks so that you build the stairs just like you build the walls, while the corner stair is delivered as a complete stair.
Standard liner color or mosaic/patterned
The inside of the pool is lined with a liner fabric available as a snap-in liner or a welded-in-place liner. Choose the liner color as desired, but see our inspiration images as the water color changes with different liner colors. With a white liner, the pool water becomes light blue; with a light gray liner, the pool water becomes blue/green, and so on.
Starter Kit Cleaning and Chemicals PREMIUM
Our cleaning kits are shipped from Spain for the best quality that lasts longer. The chemicals naturally come with Swedish instructions and contain only substances listed for thorough control of the pool water.
UV Purification PREMIUM
With UV purification, you save 70-80% of the chlorine usage in the pool. The bathing water is illuminated with UV light that alters the bacteria's DNA so they cannot reproduce.
Frequency Control Single-Phase
To save electricity, you can set a lower speed on the circulation pump, while maintaining the power needed for the circulation pump during backflushing.
Automatic chlorine package incl pH minus / liquid chlorine
To ensure the pool manages dosing of chlorine and pH minus, we recommend our automatic chlorine packages.
Purification System including Filter Glass PREMIUM / EXCLUSIVE
Our purification systems consist of carefully selected premium sand filters and circulation pumps. We always include glass for the sand filter, which is an inorganic material; algae do not form and it does not clump together during winter closure.
For the EXCLUSIVE Purification System, we include the Viktoria circulation pump and Cantabric Sand Filter.
Underlay
To make the liner soft on the floor, an underlay is placed.
Overflow Drain Long Neck / Inlet Package STAINLESS STEEL
Our stainless steel overflow drains or skimmers are top quality and give the pool an exclusive feel. Choose between stainless steel or white plastic overflow drains. Keep in mind that stainless steel parts must not be used in saltwater pools.
Connection Kit LARGE 50mm incl. 50 m hose
Our connection kits include all the fittings needed to connect the purification system and the pool. We assume the pool equipment is located up to 10m from the pool edge.
